These options are approximately 15 minutes from Rambling Rose Ranch and 15 minutes from downtown Austin. Oak Hill boasts relatively affordable accommodations that are equidistant from the wedding and the sites of the city.

Dripping Springs:
Eager to get out of the city and enjoy the Texas Hill Country? Only 15 minutes from the wedding venue, Dripping Springs is close to some of our favorite natural sites (Hamilton Pool, Enchanted Rock, Pedernales State Park, and Reimer's Ranch). It is also known for its many breweries, distilleries, and vineyards and the historic "Mercer Street".

We have grouped our hotel recommendations by location: Austin, Oak Hill, and Dripping Springs. There are many Airbnb and Vrbo options, especially for those travelling with family or in larger groups.
Transportation
Public transportation is sparse, and it is easiest to get around the Austin area by car. We recommend our guests consider renting a vehicle during their stay or use ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber.
Because the venue is situated 25 minutes outside of the city, if you plan to use a ride share app to get to and from the wedding, please book your ride home in advance. Don't get stranded!
